The Board provides leadership and direction in all matters relating to Ruspetro’s business. As we aim to create value for shareholders the Board has established a culture of performance, integrity and outstanding achievement at Ruspetro.

Senior management, led by Alexander Chistyakov and Sergey Zabavsky, are building a team of professionals in the disciplines necessary to ensure our growth from the developmental stage to a successful medium sized oil production business.
